Introduction

Advantech’s M2I/CNC solutions play a critical role in IOT integration from edge computing to cloud-based services. Our intelligent CNC management solution has been developed to bridge the gap from traditional machine management to optimization by facilitating cross-factory machine management to improve the efficiency. The SRP-M2I261 is an IoT Edge enabling intelligent CNC machine management solution. It is equipped with Intel® Celeron® J1900 processor, 4GB DDR3L RAM, 64GB SSD, Windows 10 and WebAccess/CNC Runtime. Its ruggedized, fanless design allows users to run the IoT Edge in a harsh environment. The pre-installed WebAccess/CNC runtime enables the direct connection to brand CNC controllers and collects machinery data to WISE-PaaS, the industrial cloud platform. By subscribing the M2I/CNC Cloud Service on Advantech WISE-PaaS Marketplace, users can easily examine the OEE, operation performance and alarm history of each CNC on web dashboards.
